My name is Gayatri and my aim is to provide an individual service to every furry baby in a calm and safe environment. I have been into animal welfare since I was of young age and in 2019 I decided to turn my passion into a career. I gained my certification of grooming after my training and I have been working as a groomer since the last 1.5 years.

I am also currently pursuing an internationally certification to better my learning. I have also done my certification course in Telepathic Animal Communication and I am also a Reiki healer. All this has given me an extensive knowledge of animal handling, animal behaviour and also maintaining the optimum welfare of the animals.

Gayatri is the best groomer ever! Both our boys are sqeaky clean after a grooming session with her, she doesnt just bathe them with love but also goes all the way and brushes their teeth and cleans their ears too. Our boys love her as her touch is really gentle and she makes them comfortable with a lot of playing and petting first. She is hands down the best! Highly recommend her to all pet parents.

I’ve always been skeptical of pet spas and saw it as an unnecessary means for people to blow money on their pets. That was until I took my kiddo to BFF the first time.
Timone (my baby) is a rescue indi and the most loving pet, however because of her experience before she was rescued she’s super scared of humans. That didn’t stop Gayatri (owner) or her staff from making Timone as comfy as possible before giving her the best bath she’s had till date. Whiskey (Gayatris beautiful baby) was instrumental in getting Timone super comfortable.
To top it off, Timone was given a super nice pedicure that my vet also asked about during Timones next visit.
All in all, it was an excellent experience for Timone and me.
Thanks BFF team for the experience and I’m sure that we’ll be visiting soon again.
